FAQ for Dapp Address Switch for Airdrop Session 1 in June

Here list some problems you may encounter.
Q1: I can’t find polkadot.js when using my mobile phone.
A: You can only use PC to change your address currently because polkadot.js only supports PC-end.
Q2: Do I have to connect Metamask or polkadot.js wallet? I’ve participated with Metamask wallet addresses.
A: We have two airdrop events separately in June and September. Address switch is for session 1 in June.
Q3: I submitted ERC-20 for the airdrop session 1. Do I need to change it ?
A: For airdrop session 1, we asked for a Polkadot address. If you submitted ERC-20, you may not be in the winner list.
Q4: I submitted ERC address from Trust Wallet for the airdrop in June. When I imported my backup phrase to polkadot.js wallet, it showed a new address different from the previous one. What should I do?
A: If you submitted your address from Trust Wallet when joining Amara airdrop event in June. Please send an email to amarafoundation@amara.finance following the template below and titled with Address Switch for Amara Airdrop Session 1 in June. Be assured that you won’t miss our rewards if you are in the winner list.
Q5: How to download polkadot.js?
A: chrome://extensions/ to download polkadot.js.
Q6: Which chain should I choose when connecting?
A: Make sure to choose the Polkadot Relay Chain, the address starts with “1”.
Q7: I can’t find my address in polkadot.js.
A: Please try to export your pre-existing seed or json file from the trust wallet.
Q8: When can I claim airdrop tokens?
A: All the airdrops will be distributed after listing exchange.
Q9: When can I claim the AmaraLend beta testnet reward?
A: Testnet winner rewards will be distributed all together, after listing exchange. Please wait for the official announcement.
Q10: When should I have to change the address?
A: You can change your address for only once at any time before Jan. 31, 2022.
Q11: What if I missed the expiration date of Dec. 12?
A: Don’t worry. To make sure all of you not miss the rewards, we keep it open.
